RITA LOPES PIRES, THE FOUNDER

Rita has a Master's Degree from the Faculty of Architecture of Lisbon. She began her career as Architect in São Paulo (Brazil) where she studied and collaborated with several Architecture Studios.

Rita is now based in Lisbon and works as a Creative Director, Content Creator and Social Media Manager for almost 10 years. She loves exploring the potential of a project and strengthening its identity using her aesthetic sensitivity.

She is passionate about all kinds of Art, specially Photography and believes that small details are the most important thing in a project, in a house, in a person. «It's the little things that define us», she said.

Promenade means ‘take a walk’ slowly and calmly in a beautiful, inspiring and artistic place.

Rita created the Instagram page in 2014 as soon as she finished her Master's degree in Architecture. She knew how important it was to have good references to start a creative process and in a spontaneous and natural way, Rita built a database of images that attracts Architects and Art lovers.

This community has grown and today it is not just a page for architectural inspiration, but also a digital plataform with an editorial eye that gives visibility to the work of artists from other creative spheres.
